Delivery Terms

DDP is our standard delivery basis for EU shipments, with the named delivery place shown on the quotation. We arrange transport, export documentation and customs coordination with our freight partners.

The quotation will state exactly what is included. If a destination, product or customer status requires a different arrangement, we will explain this before payment.

VAT and Import Information

For EU customers, we may request a valid VAT number and EORI number so we can confirm the correct VAT, customs and delivery treatment. Please provide these when requested.

Tax, duty and registration requirements can vary by destination and customer type. We will confirm the treatment used for your order in writing.

Direct Customers and Installers

We can quote for domestic, commercial and installation projects, from individual requirements to full pallets and larger consignments.

Contractors and Project Buyers

Our team can help confirm product suitability, quantities, packaging, lead times and delivery requirements for planned projects.

Partnership Enquiries

We are open to enquiries from established installers, resellers and distributors where there is a clear commercial and technical fit. Terms are agreed individually.
