Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout and the cost is dependent on the quantity of products ordered as well as the delivery location.
We prefer to keep our product costs as low as possible and charge shipping separately, rather than increasing the cost of the product to offer a discounted delivery. This makes it transparent for all customers and ensures fair pricing for those looking to collect directly from our premises.
Our products are heaving in nature and the delivery charge is often reflective of this. We purely look to cover our costs on shipping.
We use external couriers who are responsible for the safe delivery of all of our products. Please let us know if you have any specific delivery instructions during the checkout process.
We will accept returns of our products within 28 days of receipt of delivery if they have not been used or damaged, but you will be responsible for the shipping charges (both ways). We can help arrange a collection if required, so just get in touch with us if you have any concerns.
