Yes! The majority of our products are available for collection from our warehouse in Congleton, Cheshire. Just select the collection option at checkout and we will be in touch to confirm all is okay to visit us on site!
The only exception to this is our plastic grass protection mesh which is stored and shipped directly from our supplier.
Our delivery calculator is variable and is dependent on the type and quantity of mats ordered.
Small orders are generally sent as parcel(s) and there is a fixed charge per parcel. Unfortunately due to the size and weight of the mats the cost is more expensive than the type of order you may normally be used to from the likes of Amazon! Parcel couriers unfortunately don’t like large delivering our large and heavy parcels and so charge us more for the service 
Larger orders are normally sent on pallets and the price is dependent on delivery postcode. The majority of UK mainland has the same pallet charge, with additional amounts payable to locations such as Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and remote areas.
Our parcel couriers should provide updates and tracking as soon as we book an order on with them.
Unfortunately, our pallet deliveries can’t be tracked live and we are unable to guarantee any specific delivery dates but we can certainly try and track down deliveries for you if required. We use external couriers and rely on the UK palletforce network who are responsible for the safe delivery of our product. For any specific requests such as booked windows, AM/PM deliveries or a book-in service, these are avaialble upon request for a surcharge.
Pallet deliveries are typically delivered on a 7.5 tonne truck by the palletforce network.
We request that all of our pallet deliveries are delivered to our customers on a truck with a tail-lift facility. E.g. the driver will be able to unload the pallet from the back of the truck and then use a pump truck to wheel it to the kerbside.
As standard, it is a kerbside delivery and that is all that the driver is obligated to do. However, ask nicely and if the conditions allow (i.e. access is good) then the driver may be able to wheel the pallet to a more desired location for you. You will be responsible for unpacking the pallet in due course and then disposing of the pallet once fully unloaded.
Almost all of our orders are dispatched either same working day, or next working day from receipt of order.
From then, parcels are ususally delivered the next working day after we dispatch them.
Pallet deliveries are usually delivered 2-3 working days from date of dispatch.

If you have any problems with your order once received, please just get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.
If you have changed your mind and no longer want the products that have been delivered to you, within 30 days we will accept the return of them if they have not been used and are still in perfect condition. However, we request that you pay the costs of returning them. We can arrange for the collection and return of these and deduct the cost from any refund given. As above, please contact us to arrange this and we can confirm all / any costs involved.
