Truckpave 80 is a heavy-duty permeable cellular paving system engineered for high-load commercial and industrial applications. Designed to withstand repeated HGV traffic and vehicle turning forces, it creates a reinforced gravel or grass surface capable of supporting demanding operational environments.

Manufactured from recycled industrial polymer and developed specifically for heavy vehicle use, Truckpave 80 provides a structurally stable, fully permeable surface suitable for commercial yards, access roads and transport infrastructure.

Important:
Truckpave 80 is suitable for heavy vehicle loading including HGVs and service vehicles.
The overall performance of the surface depends on correct ground preparation and sub-base construction appropriate to the expected loading and site conditions.

  • Heavy-duty industrial cellular paving system
  • Compressive strength: 1,896 t/m² (grid performance test)
  • Approx. 50% open structure for permeability and grass integration
  • Suitable for gravel or grass infill
  • Fully permeable – suitable for SuDS-compliant designs
  • Manufactured from recycled industrial plastics
  • Expected design life of 25+ years when correctly installed and used within design limits

Typical Applications – Truckpave 80

Truckpave 80 is specified for high-load commercial and industrial environments requiring permeable reinforcement for heavy vehicles.

  • HGV and lorry parks: Frequent heavy vehicle access and parking.
  • Bus and coach parks: High-load static and manoeuvring areas.
  • Loading bays: Repeated vehicle movement and point loading.
  • Forklift and telehandler routes: Industrial yard operations.
  • Emergency fire access lanes: Heavy service vehicle routes.
  • Highway verge overrun areas: Reinforced grass protection adjacent to carriageways.

For lighter commercial parking and access routes, Bodpave 85 may be suitable. For intermittent or residential use, Bodpave 40 should be considered.
