Heavy-Duty Temporary Access Boards (1.2m x 0.8m x 22mm)

Temporary access mats (also known as temporary access boards) provide rapid surface protection and access over grass, gravel, soil and hardstanding for short-term projects. They create a stable, slip-resistant platform for pedestrians and site traffic while helping reduce surface damage and mud transfer.

Typical Applications

Temporary Access Boards are used where you need quick, reliable ground protection or short-term access without creating a permanent surface.

  • Construction and utilities access: Temporary walkways and routes to reduce mud and protect ground during works.
  • Vehicle and plant routes: Short-term access over grass or soft ground for vans, small plant and site traffic.
  • Event flooring: Pedestrian routes, back-of-house access and staging support for outdoor events.

Important:
Load performance depends on the supporting ground conditions and subgrade stability. Soft, saturated or highly variable ground may require additional ground preparation. These boards are intended for temporary access and protection, not permanent ground reinforcement.
