Bodpave 85 per m2 is a heavy duty permeable cellular paving system designed for regularly trafficked vehicle areas where structural performance and long-term durability are required. Manufactured in the UK from UV-stabilised recycled and recyclable polymer, it forms a rigid interlocking grid that distributes loads through a properly engineered sub-base while maintaining full permeability.
Suitable for both gravel and grass infill, Bodpave 85 is widely specified for commercial parking, access roads and service areas where a permeable alternative to traditional hard paving is required.
Position Within the Range
Bodpave 85 is the heavier-duty option within the Bodpave range. It is designed for frequent vehicle loading and higher traffic volumes where Bodpave 40 would not be appropriate.
Performance depends on correct sub-base design and installation in accordance with manufacturer guidance. Load capacity is determined by the full pavement construction, not the grid alone.

Installation Overview

Ground Stabilisation Options
- Terram T1000 Geotextile – separation membrane used beneath sub-bases to help prevent fines migration and maintain structural performance.
- Terram Bodgrid GC30 – geogrid geocomposite for sub-base reinforcement on weaker ground conditions.
Compatible Accessories
- Bodpave 85 Bay Markers (White) – clip-in markers for parking bay demarcation.
- Rubber Wheel Stoppers – for controlled vehicle positioning within reinforced parking areas.
