Bodpave 40 per m2 is a permeable cellular paving system designed to create reinforced gravel or grass surfaces for light to moderate vehicle applications. Manufactured in the UK from UV-stabilised recycled polymer, it forms a rigid interlocking grid that distributes loads through a suitable sub-base while maintaining full permeability.

Bodpave 40 is typically selected for projects where a trafficked surface is required without the visual impact of traditional hard paving. It is most commonly installed with a gravel infill, although grass infill is also possible subject to ground conditions and usage levels.

Position Within the Range

Bodpave 40 provides a lighter-duty alternative to Bodpave 85. It is suited to car parking, access lanes and residential or commercial schemes where loading is intermittent rather than constant heavy traffic.

Installation Overview

Ground Stabilisation Options

• Terram T1000 Geotextile – separation membrane used beneath sub-bases to help prevent fines migration and maintain structural performance.
• Terram Bodgrid GC30 – geogrid geocomposite for sub-base reinforcement on weaker ground conditions.
