Bodpave 40 is typically specified for light to moderate vehicle loading and pedestrian access where a permeable surface is required.

• Overflow and overspill parking: Gravel or grass car parks used intermittently.
• Residential driveways: Domestic lawn parking and access routes.
• Caravan and motorhome bays: Seasonal or moderate-use access areas.
• Emergency access lanes: Fire and ambulance access routes (subject to sub-base design).
• Golf buggy paths and cycle tracks: Light vehicle and recreational traffic.
• Pedestrian walkways: Including accessible routes where ground conditions are suitable.

For regularly trafficked commercial yards, service roads or heavy vehicle applications, Bodpave 85 should be specified.
