Q: Do I have to buy a full roll of the mesh?
A: No you can buy per SQM depending on the area you are looking to cover.
Q: What are your open times?
A: 9am – 5pm; Monday to Friday.
Q: Do you have any other branches where I can collect?
A: Unfortunately we only have the one warehouse based in Congleton, Cheshire.
Q: I have had no pegs or ties with my mats?
A: If your mats have come in rolls then the pegs and ties should be attached inside if they are not then please call and we will send them out.

A: We recommend that you use the Type C mesh or if the area is boggy then the Type C+ would be best.
Q: How long should we leave the mesh down before we use it?
A: We recommend that you leave the mesh for 5-6 cuts before use.
Q: Can you mow over the grassmats and mesh as normal once installed?
A: Once the grass has grown through the grassmats and mesh you can cut over the product as normal we do recommend that whilst the grassmats and mesh are settling in you use a high setting on your mower to stop rips and shredding.
Q: Can I collect my order?
A: Yes, just give the office a call on 0330 124 2750 to make sure we have got the stock available.
Q: Do we hire our products out?
A: This is something that is in the pipeline at the moment. For any enquiries regarding the hire of our products please contact us on 01477 533 555, use the website live chat facility or email us.
Q: Which products are suitable for use on ground which is going to be used by animals?
A: 23mm rubber grassmats. Mesh is fine if the use by animals is only occasional.
Q: How easy is the mesh to take back up?
A: Once it has established itself in the grass you will find that lifting it will cause problems as the mesh is designed to intertwine with the grass to increase the strength and stability of the area. If the mesh has only been down for a few weeks it is simply a case of un-pegging it and rolling it back up.

“the Buyer” means the person, firm or company who purchases the Goods from the Company;
“the Company” means grassmats.co.uk;
“Contract” means the contract between the Company and the Buyer which shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms;
“Goods” means any goods agreed in the Contract to be supplied by the Company to the Buyer;

• store the Goods until delivery, whereupon the Customer shall be liable for all related costs and expenses (including, without limitation, storage and insurance); or
• sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to the Customer for the excess over the price under the Contract or charge the Customer for any shortfall below the price under the Contract.

hold the Goods on a fiduciary basis as the Company’s bailee;
store the Goods separately from all other goods of the Buyer or any third party in such a way that they remain identifiable as the Company’s property;

The Buyer shall pay such deposit as the Company shall direct.

The Company warrants that the Goods are of satisfactory quality. If the Buyer wishes to make a claim under this warranty, the Buyer shall give written notice to the Company within 30 days of the discovery of the defect and give the Company a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods in question. The Company shall not be liable for any breach of warranty if the Buyer makes any further use of the Goods after giving such notice or alters or repairs the Goods without the agreement of the Company. The Company’s liability under the warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the Goods in question or refunding the price of such Goods.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the subject matter of the Contract shall not exceed £500,000 and the Company shall under no circumstances be liable to the Buyer for any consequential, indirect or economic loss or damages.
