The 16mm interlocking solid top gym mat is a hard-wearing rubber flooring solution suitable for home gyms, garage gyms and commercial gyms. These mats are commonly used in free weight areas to protect concrete floors and reduce noise caused by impact. Each mat measures 910mm x 910mm and provides high-impact absorption for strength training areas.
